- You can browse our entire website, and add items to your basket without creating an account. You can proceed to checkout without making an account

2. HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
- Click Login / Signup icon
- Click on the signup tab in the customer login screen
- Fill in the necessary information
- And voila, the account is created
3. WHAT IF I LOST MY PASSWORD?
- Click the “forgot password” tab and follow the instructions
- We'll have a new password routed to you in seconds
4. HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Click on My Account
- Go to Edit profile
- Change the elements as per your requirement

- Browse the items you want the order
- Add them to your cart / basket
- Click proceed to check out
- Enter the necessary information for billing and delivery
- Submit the information to process the order

- Click on the order history tab and view the status

- Simply remove the items from your cart

7. HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
- Most of our orders are delivered within 5 business days. In Rare cases, the time extends to 8 business days.
8. WHAT IS I AM NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
- The courier makes 2 attempts. Kindly ensure the right information is given along with contact number
9. WHERE IS CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

10. WHAT IS THE GIFT WRAP OPTION LIKE?
Gift wrap is consistent of a generic metallic wrap, period. The cost also includes the service charges. Please contact us for any confusions, as we would not be held liable for any assumptions at the customer's end.
RETURNS POLICY
What is store's shipping policy?
Delivery charges of Rs. 150 are applicable on all orders. We use courier service to ship out the orders.
Zaymal has a right to refuse order/service due to any issues with the order or similar reason, that it is not liable to share with the customer.

What is store's return/exchange policy?
Items can only qualify for return or exchange provided that wrong parcel is delivered. The period of complaint is 4 working days. As products are subject to use, the brand cannot be held liable for any damages rendered to the product either due to accident or misuse at the customer's end. For returns kindly courier the product to our factory in Lahore and we will reimburse you (in store credit) accordingly for the cost of the product, or you can have it exchanged.
Otherwise, we do not offer exchanges.
